Having three little ones under the age of 4 has been a real juggle — and that’s an understatement! The three ring circus is only manageable because my husband is such a terrific Daddy. There are so many things about his fathering style that I love; but most of all he is my true “other half”.
He took over sleeping full time with our 6 month old when I got pregnant with our third child. He often takes our youngest now at night when he knows I need the extra rest. One of the things I appreciate the most about Mike is that he will do whatever needs to be done when it comes to the kids and helping me out–the diapers, sweeping and mopping the floor, stories, cleaning the bathroom, making beds (he’s better at it than I am!), washing bottles, impromptu puppet shows and more—and all this on top of a long day of outreach. The kids love him to pieces and so do I!
