When you’ve finished your masterpiece:
After you’ve completed your project what do you do with it & how is it judged?
Thanks to the Internet it is no longer necessary to snail mail items- you can just photograph or digitally film them & upload it.
That’s the idea for this contest- there are two ways you can go about documenting your project to be submitted for judging & prizes.
Digitally record on film (i.e. video) your work, giving a commentary (i.e. answer the questions on the informational form you received) & then email editor@educationrevolutions.com for instructions on how to upload your footage.
Digitally photograph the process of creating your masterpiece, fill out the form & email all of this to editor@educationrevolutions.com

Important notes to Parents/Teachers/Caregivers:
These are some important points to keep in mind if you hope to win a prize. WLY!
The idea is to make ’something out of nothing’. Not to find or buy a cool contraption to assemble. Please do not use any pre-packaged or store-bought models etc for this project. Creations must be constructed from household materials (you may need to buy or provision single/smaller items that you need to round out or complete your project) only. If we find that this is not the case we will have to disqualify your project. A good rule of thumb is that anything you might buy or obtain that comes with any form of ‘instructions’, would not considered your ‘invention’ or ‘creation’.

We suggest that you combine children of the same age group (i.e. MCs, Ocs,) together to work on a single project as this creates less work for you & more chance of a prize for your children. Plus, it’s fun and uniting to work on as a class or team!
Please feel free to contact your local National FED boards if you have any questions regarding this contest.
Most importantly’¦ Have a blast! Take lots of pictures! And let us know about it!
