We have been using a great book that we found at the library called “Games for Writing” by Peggy Kaye. It has page after page of ideas for teaching kids to be comfortable and creative with writing. It has everything from lists to stories to menus to poems and more. It’s a lot of fun and the ideas don’t take a lot of time in preparation, so you can just read a page on the spot and do it!
We have used it for all different ages, and the kids love it!
